Salary Increase

The company has been doing well the last few quarters, so you have some room to give some raises if appropriate — but your budget has limits. While everyone will get a cost of living adjustment, not everyone will necessarily get a performance-based increase. You have five employees on your team, and a total salary increase budget of $50,000 to be distributed as you see fit. You believe in rewarding strong performance.

Professional Development

You also have a separate budget for professional development, so conferences or one-off classes are more of a possibility.
