What to Expect
Coaching
This session is the core of our time together. It’s a full hour of one-on-one time dedicated to your specific negotiation goals and challenges. We’ll discuss your objectives, identify what research you need to do and how to do it, plan your negotiation strategy, think through your counterpart’s point of view, and use a clear framework to plan your ask.
Personalized Negotiation Plan
Each client receives a digital workbook that guides us through our session and is your reference going forward as you prepare for your negotiation. The content in your workbook is tailor-made to fit your situation.
Follow Up Support
You can expect at least two 20-minute follow up calls, as well as two weeks of email support. Your email questions and updates are a high priority and will be responded to promptly during business hours. Depending on which package you select, you may also have access to support via text message, and on evenings and weekends.
Negotiation resource guide
You’ll receive a beautifully designed PDF guide that includes fill-in scripts, tips and tricks and inspirational stories to support you on your negotiation journey.
Role Play Practice
We’ll get crystal clear on your ask with at least 30 minutes dedicated to role-playing through your negotiation. Bring your fears and challenges: together we will craft a plan to manage each and every one.
